Summary.
Challenge
The public perception was that the Las Vegas Raiders and Allegiant stadium did not have a parking or transportation plan. Locals were worried about traffic and congestion, loyal fans were concerned about their fan experience and on-site parking, and out-of-market visitors had many questions about Strip access and accommodations. Although the Allegiant Stadium site was in the process of being built, an immediate communication plan was needed
Solution
Working with PR agencies, Allegiant Stadium partners, and Las Vegas Raiders corporate staff, we were able to design a microsite that effectively communicated Allegiant Stadiums distributed parking plan. We also worked with parking and transportation partners to design a preliminary map to give the public and media a better idea of options.
