Ford Country’s site was antiquated in terms of responsiveness. Our in-depth audit showed there were many issues with site organization, speed, display, usability, and accessibility.
Using personas for car buyers, we spent a lot of time reorganizing site architecture and and concentrating on the mobile user experience. The new navigation structure is quick to navigate, SEO friendly, and Section 508 compliant. We decreased page load speed from 20 seconds to 2 seconds. We also incorporated more dynamic elements and less static images. Most importantly, we maximized areas where users could either do a full or partial inventory search in an efficient manner.
