Ford Country’s site was antiquated and did not reflect their current brand. Our in depth audit showed there were many additional issues with display and usability, that not only effect the user experience, but also impacted SEO.
We spent a lot of time optimizing site architecture and mobile UX for on-the-go car buyers as this was a majority audience. The new navigation structure is fast to navigation, SEO friendly, Section 508 compliant. We decreased page load speed from 20 seconds to 2 seconds. We updated Ford’s branding as reflected in the UI, which relies less on images and more on dynamic elements. Most importantly, we maximized areas where users could either do a full or partial inventory search in an easy way.
