Capriotti’s had an older site, which was not responsive. Parts of it also relied on Flash. Eek! Additionally, Their ordering system, management site for franchisees, and loyalty platform were all separate, which created a user experience and SEO nightmare. Visually speaking, their site was not consistent with their current corporate branding and reflected many different iterations of the brand identity.
We updated their site to be responsive and gave them a visual refresh, which highlighted their signature food, bold brand sensibilities, and helped tell the story of their homegrown business. We also connected their ordering system, franchise portal, and loyalty platform to make for a more seamless user experience across all audiences.
