Capriotti’s had an older site, which was not responsive. Additionally, Their ordering system, franchise portal, and loyalty platform were separate, which created a user experience and SEO nightmare. Visually speaking, their site was not consistent with corporate branding, and reflected piecemealed iterations of the brand identity.
We updated their site to be responsive and gave them a visual refresh, which highlight their signature food, consistent branding, and helped tell the story of their business. We connected their ordering system, franchise portal, and loyalty platform to make for a more seamless user experience.
