Summary.
Challenge
Stakeholders wanted a responsive website that would immerse the potential patron in an elevated user experience. All site features needed to reflect the extravagance of the property by offering robust online travel agent (OTA) functionality. The site also needed to be built on a custom CMS that allowed resort partners to own and manage their own content.
Solution
We conducted in-depth competitive analysis of other OTAs and luxury resorts. We developed user personas to ensure that our features matched audience goals. Working with two other development companies, we were able to deliver a luxury experience to resort patrons. Through alluring photography, perfected content, an interactive itinerary planner, property comparisons, and seamless booking flow, this site is unprecedented in experience and detail.
